Con from the start gives you freebies where you win bonus cash which you cant use till you spend the cash you have put in, then when complain they close account and you loose the bonus cash. Rang up to complain and they not interested and not supervised as asked to speak to a manager and was told that would not happen as they only email based.
Refuse Customers Rights, took 3 attempts with 3 different agents to put in a SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST but was hard work to do, and now they wont even answer my calls.

I have now been with Sun for over 11 years and still think it’s the best. I have won 2 jackpots over the years and quite a few links. Yes you do see the same names winning but you get that on every site and anyway you only see what they win, not what they lose. The hosts are all great and you can have a laugh with them. The VIP team are great and I have a really good customer relationship with them, it’s not hard, just remember that it’s still gambling and never expect to win. Some really good bingo rooms and loads of games to choose from. My luck hasn’t been great recently but that can change in a second so…….. ! For all the people moaning about the wagering just remember the bigger bonus you get the more you will have to wager, always read terms and conditions before and sometimes it’s better to decline the bonus if it’s too much to wager. I have been there that long it feels like a little online family or community, sometimes even if i don’t win i have a laugh with the players and hosts. Remember if it stops being fun STOP!!

I signed up no problems, got joining bonuses no problem. Bingo bonus tickets lasted well but slot pay out on 50 free was poor. The bonuses I have had for deposits weren't great example- the chance to play at 10pm for 1 hour free tickets with over 800 other people or 10p return for 7 free spins. I managed to get a few little wins with my bonus tickets but when it came to cash deposits they really didn't last long, and the bingo was hard to win even when you're playing in a small room.
When they were having technical issues I messaged politely, yet no one responded in 24hrs making me feel like customer support wasn't very supportive.

I’ve been a member for many years and had always found them fair , until they were taken over. I’m shocked to see how fixed the slots have become . After playing mysticmeg for many years you can tell when it’s playing normally and when it’s not . I’ve found that whenever a promotion is on or it’s coming Up to a big holiday like Easter etc the slots change , you can put no end of money onto your account and not win anything higher than £5 . I don’t play to win and definitely don’t mind losing if I’ve had a decent game , so it’s not sour grapes . This site has changed massively since the takeover and not for the better . Steer well clear unless your happy to lose continuously.

Been playing on here about a month. Had some decent wins . I can't complain. I also put myself on a cool off period. Once was a week and curb my spending. I was back on and won . I then put myself on 24 hour cool off as my limit is £40 . After 24 hours I went to deposit and can't get on my account. I've emailed them and they replied saying I've excluded myself till 2026. I know o haven't done this. I have a screenshot so I knew what time I'd be allowed back on it. They have excluded me themselves

I joined the site no problems at all credited my account no problems at all I got all promised bonuses no problem at all. went to log into account & its saying wrong username or password (I know it wasnt) anyways changed via the codes they sent them I changed them & still saying wrong. so as far as i see it they let you spend your own real money then block you so you cant use any bonus funds I have over £70 & cant access it SHOCKING!!

I have been with them for over 8 years. I have sent in over 3 lots of id in that time. I went in to play today to find that yet again I have not been able to play as they need all my id again. I am 71 and have prove that. Amazing that they will still allow me to top up my account but when you ask them to get it back they refuse. I have left them with the funds and asked them to close my account, as maybe the reason why they will not refund me it back is that they need the money more then me. Another bonus ? won 50p on wheel so went to slots to spend it and won £15 (happy days!) I then made my first deposit to register my bank details. The only downside to this site is they don't actually give you a timeframe as to when the winnings will reach your account. Unlike other sites where it is usually up to a 4 hour wait.
